Make sure that they are capable of effectively merging cost efficient operations with best practice technical capabilities. And don’t forget about the all important — customer service. Aside from all of this, the quality of the VoIP provider’s feature sets must also be taken into considerations.
The quality of how VoIP providers work also depends on their technical infrastructure. Some carriers may have many features which on the surface look appealing. However, aren’t fully integrated in their offerings, thus won’t work properly. This is quantity vs. quality. And usually quality wins.
