The dialer method is paramount to the success of the phone calling center. Dropped calls means time wasted, which is something all sales departments need to avoid. Face-to-face sales calls are very effective.  However, telesales is much more economical.  This is the reason why technological developments in Dialer voip techniques are important.

Even though having agents manually dial to prospective customers may appear to give a higher quality of service; the option of the phone call center dialer method will most probably be more cost effective and close more sales for your staff.  Thus making more money for your company and increasing your bottom line
