GRNVoIP has made life easy for because of the various features they offer. One of the best features is that GRNVoIP now has Forward Routing or Failover routing. We sometimes experience different issues with our phone connection like drop calls, unclear lines, etc… And as a consumer, convenience is very important because — after all, that’s what we pay for. A carrier must complete your call. This very important. And a failure to this makes the service of any carrier very poor and will lead to a decrease in sales.
Our VoIP routing guarantees to maximize the completing of your calls. The following is a seamless process that you, the customer do not see. However this happens behind the scenes in nano seconds. Sometimes a call won’t be able to connect to destination for one reason or another. However with GRNVoIP’s Failover routing, a rejection code is sent to the switch and then the call will be completed to our alternative routes in the LCR. Then using their sip proxy, they will reply with Sip 603 error message and using H.323, their H323 VoIP gateway will respond with cause code 34.
Not only that, your device will also be configured properly to take full advantage of the alternate routes to utilize its own capabilities too.
