Most everyone knows that VoIP is has so many advantageous over traditional phones or TDM technology. Many companies are claiming to give the best business VoIP solutions. Many clients are just looking for cheap VoIP rates but do not ever think about the security? In the long run, customers are keen enough to see the importance of this. However, security should be handled at the onset.
It is recommended to make a checklist of course, not just of the features of every carrier but also the support it gives to its clients. And aside from VoIP support that you can get from each provider, you need to investigate the manner in which each company handles their VoIP security. DNC and Fraud are leading issues everywhere that one has to be aware of.
Take this advice. it’s okay to look for the VoIP provider or carrier that could provide you a money saving solution, but don’t ever forget that security is also the lifeline of your business.
