It is simply putting good price plus good customer service. Aside from those, features of VoIP providers must be take into considerations too.
The quality of VoIP providers work will also depend on how they’re being built by VoIP developers. Some carriers might have tons of different features but won’t work well. We can say that this is the issue of quantity vs. quality. Moreover, users may also experience technical difficulties anytime of the day, so if you’re not really technically good, how will you solve this issue that may come along the way? So, another thing that users should consider is the ability of any VoIP provider/carrier to provide technical support available 24/7.
