Completing Calls

We experience different issues with our phone connection like drop calls, unclear lines, etc… And as a consumer it is very important to experience convenience from what we paid for. Completing a call is very important. And a failure to this makes the service of any provider/carrier very poor and eventually will lead to less and to no customer anymore.
With VoIP routing of Grnvoip it guarantees to maximize your chances of completing your calls. Sometimes there will be unexpected things that will happen like you wouldn’t be able to connect to calls but… what this feature basically does is send the appropriate error or rejection code so that your call/s will be forwarded to other alternative routes. Then using their sip proxy, they will reply with Sip 603 error message and using H.323, their H323 VoIP gateway will respond with cause code 34.
Not only that, your device will be configured properly to take advantage of alternate routes so that it can also utilize its own capabilities.
